Spring/Summer 2023

Production and shipping will remain status quo with no changes.

  • Orders can be placed from January 1st – April 30th
  • Orders will ship when complete.


Pre-Order Fall/Winter 2023

The ordering and payment process for Fall and Winter 2023 orders will differ from previous years.

  • Pre-orders for Fall and Winter can be placed from May 1st – May 19th
  • If you wish to receive shipments at different times throughout the 3rd and 4th quarters, please place multiple orders, following the process below:


ORDERING PROCESS
  • You will place each order on the this website. For example, if you wish to receive certain products in September, October, and November you must place three separate orders (One for September, one for October and one for November.)
  • After the order or orders have been placed, you will have (revised to) fifteen business days to make any modifications or cancel the order(s).

    Once orders(s) go into production, no refunds will be given.


SELECT SHIP DATE
  • At checkout, you will pick a shipping date for each order placed. Select date from calendar.



  • The window available for shipping Fall/Winter orders is July 1st - November 15th.
  • If you do not provide a shipping date and we fail to receive a shipping date from you after 3 contact attempts your order will ship on November 15th.


PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We will update the order structure on the website on May 1st to reflect the changes of initial deposit and shipping as described below. *

Step 1. Pre-Order (1st Installment)

  • You will be required to pay an initial deposit installment of 10% of the order total at checkout. This amount will be automatically configured through our website. *
  • The website will not add shipping costs. * Actual shipping costs will be determined once your order is packaged and weighed. The shipping costs will be added to the final payment installment.

Step 2. Order Processing (2nd Installment)

  • We will require a second payment installment of 40% when your order is put into production.
  • Prior to pouring, we will send via email an invoice for this amount that may be paid online. This request will be sent any time prior to August 1st.
  • Since our products are made to order, we cannot begin production until this payment is made. Delayed payment may alter your requested shipping date.
  • If desired, you may store your card on file for final payment.

Step 3. Order Processing (3rd Installment)

  • One week prior to your specified shipping date, we will send an invoice via email for final payment. This third payment installment request will be for the 50% product balance, plus shipping costs.

    Please note that order(s) cannot ship until full payment has been received.

 

We reserve the right to close the window for fall and winter orders if the candle amount total exceeds our production capabilities.
